• Agent Intro - Provide a brief overview of the property while providing a personal touch

• Amenities - Includes golf courses, shared pools, grill spaces, community centers, and beaches. (Maximum 2 locations within a 5-mile radius of the property. Additional $1/mile beyond 5 miles)

• Twilight hour shoot - Twilight photography takes place in a small window of time around sunset. Because of this small window, we can only guarantee 1-3 images will be provided

• Aerial - These photos/videos can show the property from the perspective of the neighborhood it is in. It gives an approximation to the buyer of what to expect when it comes to their property and neighborhood. Drone Photo/Video are subject to FAA regulations & weather permitting

• Branding - Add your branding to videos

• Animated graphics - Callouts

• 24-hour edit - All deliverables happen within 24hrs from the time of shoot completion

• Voice-over narration - Create a custom video highlighting features you know a client will love.

• Guided Tour - Video provides a personal touch. You can use that personal touch to your advantage. By creating videos that feature you in front of the camera.

• Raw Footage - Footage will be delivered un-edited exactly as it was captured on camera. The video that may be shown on the monitor is not reflective of that which is captured on the camera.
